On the 8th of this month my husband and I celebrated our 7th Anniversery, and on the 11th day of this month my husband and I were sealed for Time and all Eternity. That was the happiest day of my life. I remember sitting is the Sealing Room looking at Neill know we could be Together Forever if we followed what our Heavenly Father had taught us.
It seems like its been a long journey. However, our love have grown stronger every day. Going from not having any children to going to have children from 7 to 13. Now they are all teenagers. One of my daughters have a baby which makes me a grandma. One just graduated from high school. She wants to go into having her own dayscare. My son Dustin is a Senior in High School and will graduate this next year, and I have a Sophmore in Utah.
Lots of changes in our lives. We are learning, growing, and tryinig to become closer to each and every day.
Well I haven't written in a very long time so I am going to try to catch you up on our life. Since I wrote to you last we have had our daughter live here. She stayed with us for about a year. She got her license.
Let me tell you, trying to teach someone to drive is very scary. Sitting in the passenger seat it even scarier. I literally thought I was going to die before we got to Wal-Mart, but I made it to Wal-Mart in one piece. Then she left and went back home.
Then we have our son Dustin living with us. He is 17 and I have know idea even how to raise a 17 year old boy let alone an 18 year old girl. The thing that is hard for me is that I wasn't the one who taught him values. I didn't have any part in that. So it makes it a lot harder to set boundaries and expectations.
The most recent thing we did was go to the Thomson Reunion in Victor, ID. The last day of the reunion we watched the Huntsman Firework Show. It was awesome, but what, made it better was that the Beach Boys were playing live. My favorite band. This is our family, however we can't leave out our two kitties who keep us on our toes at all times.
